How do OPDIVO® (nivolumab) and YERVOY® (ipilimumab) team up to fight cancer differently than chemotherapy?
OPDIVO + YERVOY works by helping your immune system to fight cancer. It does this by combining 2 immunotherapy medications that work in different but complementary ways.
Together, OPDIVO and YERVOY can help your immune system launch a response against cancer that's greater than when either medication is used alone.
LIBTAYO is indicated for the first-line treatment of patients with non–small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) whose tumors have high PD-L1 expression (tumor proportion score [TPS] ≥50%) as determined by an FDA-approved test, with no EGFR, ALK, or ROS1 aberrations, and is locally advanced where patients are not candidates for surgical resection or definitive chemoradiation OR metastatic.
LIBTAYO is indicated for the treatment of patients with metastatic cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (mCSCC) or locally
IMFINZI is a prescription medicine used to treat adults with a type of lung cancer called non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). IMFINZI may be used when your NSCLC has not spread outside your chest, cannot be removed by surgery, and has responded or stabilized with initial treatment with chemotherapy that contains platinum, given at the same time as radiation therapy.
LENVIMA® (lenvatinib) is a prescription medicine that is used to treat people with certain kinds of cancer.
- LENVIMA is used by itself to treat differentiated thyroid cancer (DTC), a type of thyroid cancer that can no longer be treated with radioactive iodine and is progressing.

What is TUKYSA?
TUKYSA is a prescription medicine used with the medicines trastuzumab and capecitabine to treat adults with human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 (HER2) positive breast cancer that has spread to other parts of the body such as the brain (metastatic), or that cannot be removed by surgery, and who have received one or more anti-HER2 breast cancer treatments.
It is not known if TUKYSA is safe and effective in children.
WHAT IS PADCEV®?
PADCEV is a prescription medicine used to treat adults with bladder cancer and cancers of the urinary tract (renal pelvis, ureter or urethra) that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery. PADCEV may be used if you:
• have received an immunotherapy medicine and chemotherapy that contains platinum, or
• you are not able to receive a chemotherapy that contains the medicine cisplatin and you have received one or more prior therapy.

What is ENHERTU?
ENHERTU (en-HER-too) is a prescription medicine used in adults to treat human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-positive:
- Breast cancer that cannot be removed by surgery or that has spread to other parts of your body (metastatic), and who have received two or more prior anti-HER2 breast cancer treatments.
ENHERTU was FDA approved for this use based on a clinical study that measured how many patients responded and how long they responded. ENHERTU is still being studied t
YESCARTA is a treatment for your large B-cell lymphoma or follicular lymphoma, two types of non-Hodgkin lymphoma. It is used when at least two other kinds of treatment have failed to control your cancer. YESCARTA is different than other cancer medicines because it is made from your own white blood cells, which have been modified to recognize and attack your lymphoma cells.
Indication
BREYANZI is for the treatment of large B-cell lymphoma in patients when at least 2 previous treatments have not worked or have stopped working. BREYANZI is a medicine made from your own white blood cells; the cells are genetically modified to recognize and attack your lymphoma cells.
Metastatic Merkel cell carcinoma (MCC)
- BAVENCIO® (avelumab) is indicated for the treatment of adults and pediatric patients 12 years and older with metastatic MCC. This indication is approved under accelerated approval based on tumor response rate and duration of response. Continued approval for this indication may be contingent upon verification and description of clinical benefit in confirmatory trials
First-line maintenance treatment of urothelial carcinoma (UC)

BRUKINSA is a prescription medicine used to treat adults with:
- Waldenström’s macroglobulinemia (WM).

RETEVMO is a prescription medicine that is used to treat certain cancers caused by an abnormal gene, called RET, in:

- adults and children 12 years of age and older with advanced medullary thyroid cancer (MTC) or MTC that has spread, who need a medicine that can be taken by mouth or injection.

RYBREVANT® is a prescription medicine used to treat adults with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that:
- has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic) or cannot be removed by surgery, and
- has a certain abnormal epidermal growth factor receptor “EGFR” gene(s) and
- whose disease has worsened while on or after chemotherapy that contains platinum.
SARCLISA is a prescription medicine used in combination with:
- The medicines pomalidomide and dexamethasone, to treat adults who have received at least 2 prior therapies including lenalidomide and a proteasome inhibitor to treat multiple myeloma.
- The medicines carfilzomib and dexamethasone, to treat adults with multiple myeloma who have already received 1 to 3 lines of treatment and they did not work or are no longer working.
What is KYMRIAH?
KYMRIAH is made from your own white blood cells and is a prescription cancer treatment used in patients up to 25 years old who have acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) that is either relapsing (went into remission, then came back) or is refractory (did not go into remission after receiving other leukemia treatments). It is also used in patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has relapsed or is refractory after having at least two other kinds of treatment.
Indication
POLIVY is a prescription medicine used with other medicines, bendamustine and a rituximab product, to treat diffuse large B-cell lymphoma in adults who have progressed after at least 2 prior therapies.
The conditional approval of POLIVY is based on a type of response rate. There are ongoing studies to establish how well the drug works.
What is CARVYKTI™ (ciltacabtagene autoleucel)?
- CARVYKTI™ is a treatment used for adult patients who have cancer of the bone marrow called multiple myeloma. It is used when at least four other kinds of treatment have not worked or have stopped working
- CARVYKTI™ is a medicine made from your own white blood cells, which have been changed (genetically modified) to recognize and attack your multiple myeloma cells
TAZVERIK is a prescription medicine used to treat:
- Adults and children aged 16 years and older with epithelioid sarcoma that has spread or grown and cannot be removed by surgery.

BALVERSA® is a prescription medicine used to treat adults with bladder cancer (urothelial cancer) that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery:

What is Opdualag?
Opdualag is a premixed combination of nivolumab and relatlimab that is prepared and given through intravenous (IV) infusions. Opdualag is a prescription medicine used to treat:
Adults who have a type of skin cancer called melanoma that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery (advanced melanoma).
Children who are 12 years of age and older, who have melanoma that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery (advanced melanoma).
TECARTUS is a treatment for adults with mantle cell lymphoma or acute lymphoblastic leukemia. It is used following disease progression while on or after other treatment. TECARTUS is different than other cancer medicines because it is made from your own white blood cells, which have been modified to recognize and attack your lymphoma cells.
WHAT IS NUBEQA®?

SCEMBLIX is a prescription medicine used to treat adults with:
- Philadelphia chromosome–positive chronic myeloid leukemia (Ph+ CML) in chronic phase (CP), previously treated with 2 or more tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs)
- The effectiveness of SCEMBLIX in patients previously treated with 2 or more TKIs is based on a study that measured major molecular response (MMR) rates. No clinical information is available to show if these patients treated with SC
What is LUMAKRAS™?
LUMAKRAS™ is a prescription medicine used to treat adults with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has spread to other parts of the body or cannot be removed by surgery, and whose tumor has an abnormal KRAS G12C gene, and who have received at least one prior treatment for their cancer.
Your healthcare provider will perform a test to make sure that LUMAKRAS™ is right for you. It is not known if LUMAKRAS™ is safe and effective in children.
INDICATION
Vectibix® (panitumumab) is for treating patients with wild-type RAS metastatic colorectal cancer (cancer that has spread outside of the colon and rectum). RAS status is determined by an FDA-approved test. Wild-type RAS is a cancer without mutations in the KRAS and NRAS genes.
Vectibix® can be used:
- As a first-time treatment given with chemotherapy called FOLFOX (folinic acid, fluorouracil, oxaliplatin)
- Alone, following disease progression with the following chemotherapies: fluoropyrimid
TALZENNA is a prescription medicine used to treat adults with:
- a certain type of breast cancer (human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 [HER2]-negative), and
- an abnormal inherited BRCA gene, and
- whose cancer has spread to other parts of the body (locally advanced or metastatic).

CYRAMZA is a prescription medicine used to treat certain types of cancer. It is given by intravenous (IV) infusion. An IV infusion is when a needle is placed into your vein and a medicine is given slowly. CYRAMZA is prescribed in these ways:

ONIVYDE is a prescription medicine used to treat pancreatic cancer which has spread to other parts of the body. ONIVYDE can be used in patients who have already received gemcitabine treatment for their pancreatic cancer. ONIVYDE is given in combination with 2 other medicines, fluorouracil (also known as 5-FU) and leucovorin (which is often abbreviated as LV), and is not given alone.
DANYELZA is a prescription medicine used in combination with a medicine called granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF) to treat children 1-year of age and older and adults with high-risk neuroblastoma in the bone or bone marrow that:
- has come back (relapsed) or that did not respond to previous treatment (refractory), and
- has shown a partial response, minor response, or stable disease to prior therapy.

What is COLUMVI?
COLUMVI (glofitamab-gxbm) is a prescription medicine to treat adults with certain types of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) or large B-cell lymphoma (LBCL) that has come back (relapsed) or that did not respond to previous treatment (refractory), and who have received 2 or more prior treatments for their cancer.
What is TECVAYLI™ (teclistamab-cqyv)?
TECVAYLI™ is a prescription medicine to treat adults with multiple myeloma who:
- have already received at least 4 treatment regimens, including a proteasome inhibitor, an immunomodulatory agent and an anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody to treat their multiple myeloma,and
- their cancer has come back or did not respond to prior treatment
TECVAYLI™ is approved based on patient response. Data are not yet available to show if TECVAYLI™ improves survival or symptoms.
WELIREG is a prescription medicine used to treat adults with von Hippel-Lindau (VHL) disease who need treatment for a type of kidney cancer called renal cell carcinoma (RCC), tumors in the brain and spinal cord called central nervous system hemangioblastomas, or a type of pancreatic cancer called pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors, that do not need surgery right away.
